A Hollywood round contestant from Season 4 of Idol has apparently been cast as Alice in the upcoming live version of the Disney classic Alice In Wonderland according to a poster on alice-in-wonderland.net, which will be produced and directed by Tim Burton. Ryan Nikole Parker (who?) apparently was on the show back in 2005 but did not make it past Hollywood Week, and will take on the role after beating out seasoned veteran Sarah Michelle Gellar and Evan Rachel Wood.The film will be shot in 3D motion capture, similar to 2007's Beowulf. Ryan has also starred on One Life to Live and Kids Incorporated.
