Led once again by Carrie Underwood's Play On, there every album by an alum decreased sales-wise. Play On held steady at #28 but slid 5% in sales to 16.3k copies for a total sum of 1.410 million. Fellow country artist Danny Gokey saw his My Best Days experience a 15-spot drop to #33 after falling 39% in sales to 14.9k copies for a 102.5k.
Leave This Town by Daughtry actually was up one spot to #64 despite slipping 10% sales-wise to 3.2k for a net take of 994.3k copies. The band's first album continued to bounce around the bottom rungs of the chart with a decrease in sales by 5% to 3.2k copies for a total of 4.653 million. Adam Lambert's For Your Entertainment was also off 10% to 7.8k copies yet it managed to remain at #71 for the second week in a row. It has taken in 569.3k copies to date.
And Kris Allen's self-titled album was down a hefty 18% to 3.1k copies for a total of 285.7k. It was down #172-193 chart-wise.
