There was an unexpectedly high debut for an album by a group fronted by a former Idol alum on the latest edition of HITS Daily Double's Top 50 building album sales chart.We Are the Fallen, a group composed of Season 7 sixth-place finalist Carly Smithson and former Evanescence band members, saw its debut album Tear the World Down debut at #31 with 13.7k copies, which is relatively healthy for an album having to do with an non-winner alum from a few seasons ago nowadays.
Down only two spots from the previous week to #33 was Carrie Underwood's Play On, which fell a mild 32% sales-wise this week for a 13.4k weekly take.
