Arch's "A Little Too Not Over You" airs on "Crush Night"

"Crush Night" re-aired last night on Nickelodeon, and David Archuleta's abbreviated performance of "A Little Too Not Over You" aired in place of his performance of "Crush." Watch it below:

Arch also today posted a blog entry on his official music MySpace page in which he rambled on about getting to eat dinner with Gavin DeGraw and Tony Orlando:

But Tony and Gavin were to performing in New Orleans too. Tony already performed that night, but Gavin was performing the next day so we went to see him perform. He was great. After him though.... I had a big surprise lol. We didn't know that Sara Bareilles was going to be on after him!! I couldn't believe that I was going to see Sara Bareilles without even planning on it or knowing she was there! Haha it was so cool! She's sooo good live too. I got a chance to talk to her and she was talking about how nice my fans were. So thanks to all of you guys!!

He said he also added new photos to his Web site from the grand opening of the "American Idol: The Experience" attraction and his performance in New Orleans.

Digital sales roundup: "My Life Would Suck Without You" #1 (1/30/09)

Kelly Clarkson managed to hold atop Billboard's Hot Digital Songs chart for the week with another impressive take. Her single "My Life Would Suck Without You" led all other Idol tracks with a weekly gain of 216.3k downloads, down only 23%. That puts her two week tally at 495.9k, virtually gold.

This signals that the track will in fact remain at #1 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart, which will be made public later today.

Following Kelly was David Cook's "Light On," which fell a startling 14 spots to #39 thanks to a 30% sales dip. It took in 34.7k for the week, pushing its total to 676.6k and still going.

The only alum to have two songs featured on the chart based on the published figures was David Archuleta, whose "Crush" continued its steady journey down the chart despite rising #46-44 for the week. Its total was virtually unchaged from last week's, as 24 fewer tracks were purchased for the week. "Crush" sold 33.2k downloads for a total of 1.516 million. Arch also finally saw his second single, "A Little Too Not Over You," make the chart. It sold 8.6k downloads to reemerge back onto the chart at #196, pushing its total to 83.4k.

Arch's "A Little Too Not Over You"

After clips of David Archuleta's "My Hands" and "Touch My Hands" surfaced earlier this week on RatetheMusic.com, a snippet of another track, "A Little Too Not Over You," leaked tonight. Listen to the track below:

This is much more in line with what Arch should be recording, as the Latin flavor really would be perfect for Top 40 radio at the moment. Which track do you guys prefer based on the three clips that have leaked?
