Among the debut singles from Idol winners, one outshone the others in IDOL LIVE's most recent edition of the poll of the week series.
David Cook's underrated single "Light On" easily trounced the seven other singles from fellow winners, including Kris Allen's brand new single "Live Like We're Dying." Cook's single took in 150 votes, or 67% of the 223 total votes cast. Kris' single garnered 26 votes (11%), good for second.
Kelly Clarkson's "Miss Independent" (19 votes, 8%) narrowly defeated Carrie Underwood's "Jesus, Take the Wheel" (17 votes, 7%), and two singles failed to receive a single vote. Ruben Studdard's "Sorry 2004" and Fantasia's "Truth Is" were scoreless in this round.

Poll of the week: Carrie's fans still love JTTW
According to the latest edition of IDOL LIVE's poll of the week, readers are still mostly impressed by Carrie Underwood's first debut single, "Jesus, Take the Wheel." The song garnered 16 votes (44%), compared to the 10 votes (27%) "So Small" and current single "Cowboy Casanova" received.
