David Cook recorded another message to fans today to update them on his post-Idol status. In the vlog, Cook says he and his team of writers have already knocked out seven songs, and the process has been very "fruitful." He again thanked fans for supporting him and reminded them to buy their tickets to the tour as soon as possible. Below is the vlog:

David Archuleta posted his first vlog on his official music MySpace page earlier this evening in an effort to maintain a more personal connection with his fans. In the vlog, David talked about what he has done since the finale, mentioning his "Arch Angels" and how he got to go home for a week to hang out with his friends. He also talked about preparing for the tour and how he is glad there will be no competition on the tour like there was on the show. He said all of this with his signature wide grin and nervous laugh.
