Digital sales roundup: "Already Gone" #27 (9/18/09)

For the second week in a row, Kelly Clarkson's "Already Gone" leads all charting Idol-related singles on Billboard's Hot Digital Songs chart.

Despite falling two spots to #27, "Already Gone" posted another week of sales gains, as it sold an additional 45.7k downloads for a current total of 342.7k. It was up 9% in sales. Jordin Sparks' "Battlefield," on the other hand, was down 16% in sales to 33.7k. On the chart side, the single fell #28-42. It has now sold 967.4k to date, and will officially pass the platinum sales mark at least within the next two weeks.
