Season 5's bubbly fifth-place finalist, Paris Bennett, who recently announced she was with child and engaged, has had her new single posted on her official street team's MySpace page. The song is a cover of the George Gershwin classic "Summertime," which was Fantasia's signature performance back on Season 3 of Idol.
The single is from Paris' forthcoming jazz album on EMI, which is set for a Sept. 30 release date. Coincidentally, fellow Season 5 alum Kellie Pickler will also have her sophomore disc drop on the 30th.

Wow Paris really makes her own rendition - she doesn't bow to the classic but sings through all styles and modulations - the girl can sang! Reminds me of Fever, bow nowhere girl!
