Ayla Brown, a Top 16 semifinalist on Season 5, sang the National Anthem at the final regular season game of the Boston Celtics at the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, Mass. on Wednesday.
For anyone who was wondering, this is the reason I was not able to live blog on Wednesday. Sadly, my batteries ran out three-quarters of the way through the performance.

Ayla, without a doubt is singing one of the best versions of the anthem out there today.
Her voice has matured greatly since idol.
Donny Wahlberg gave her a big kudos after the game, he was quoted in the Boston Herald, "My two favorite things about Boston are the Red Sox, and Ayla Brown"
I am betting on Ayla Brown to succeed greatly after seeing, and hearing that performance!
