Season 9 audition details released

The eighth season of Idol just ended, yet the next season is already beginning (in its earliest of stages, mind you). Audition dates and locations have been made public, and things are coming up pretty fast.

Auditions begin next Sunday in Boston, and will also take place in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Orlando, Denver, Chicago and Dallas. See a full schedule below:

Boston, MA - Sun., June 14 - Gillette Stadium

Atlanta, GA - Thurs., June 18 - Georgia Dome

Los Angeles, CA - Tues., June 30 - Rose Bowl

Orlando, FL - Thurs., July 9 - Amway Arena

Denver, CO - Tues., July 14 - INVESCO Field at Mile High

Chicago, IL – TBD - TBD

Dallas, TX – TBD – TBD

As noted above, plans have yet to be finalized for Chicago and Dallas, but odds are they will have their auditions take place mid to late July.
