American Idol emerged victorious Saturday night when the series took home a Kids' Choice Award at the 2009 ceremony for the awards show. Idol bested its three competitors in the Favorite Reality Show: Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?, Deal or No Deal and America's Next Top Model (do kids really watch that show?)
The only other Idol-related nominee was Daughtry, who lost the Favorite Music Group category to the Jonas Brothers. But really, did Chris and the boys ever have a shot at a win?
