Digital sales roundup: "My Life Would Suck Without You" #23 (4/10/09)

It was another relatively bare week on the Billboard Hot Digital Songs chart for Idol alums, but two tracks actually saw pretty substantial sales increases.

Once again serving as top Idol alum represented on the chart was Kelly Clarkson, whose single "My Life Would Suck Without You" slipped #15-23 with 62.2k downloads for the week, a 16% decrease in sales from the previous week. It has sold a total of 1.646 million to date.

Next up was Carrie Underwood's "I Told You So," which saw a healthy 25% increase to 54.1k downloads, evidence of Carrie's big wins at the ACM Awards. It was up four spots to #29 on the chart and now totals 384.1k.

The last Idol-related track on the chart according to sales date made public was Kellie Pickler's "Best Days of Your Life," which lunged forward #110-34 thanks to a performance on last week's results show. It moved another 46.8k units, a 257% total sales gain, and now stands at 187k downloads.
