Three Idol alums saw their albums appear on HITS Daily Double's Top 50 building album sales chart this week, led once again by Kelly Clarkson.
Kelly's All I Ever Wanted fell seven spots to #14 with 33.8k copies, marking a 33% dip in sales. That was six spots ahead of David Cook's self-titled album, which re-entered the Top 50 portion of the chart this week at #20 with 26k copies.
The only other Idol alum and coincidentally the third winner represented on the chart was Carrie Underwood, whose Carnival Ride stayed virtually unfazed at #32 with 16.4k copies, holding level sales-wise.
Final numbers courtesy of Billboard should be out by the end of the week.
