Digital sales roundup: "One Step At a Time" #18 (8/9/08)

In what will possibly be its last week to lead all Idol-related tracks on Billboard's Hot Digital Songs chart, Jordin Sparks' "One Step At a Time" comes in at #18 - a full 10 spots up from its placement last week. "Time" nets another 50k downloads for a total of 378.7k. Jordin's other single on the chart, her duet of "No Air" with Chris Brown, rebounds with another 28.8k downloads for a total 2.358 million. Following the sixth season's winner is the seventh season's winner, David Cook, who once again sees an incline in sales for his track "The Time of My Life," which rises 10% to 32k. Its total is now at 749.4k.

Then there's Jennifer Hudson and Carrie Underwood, both of whom appear out of the Top 50. Jennifer's "Spotlight" falls 6% to #153 with 8.4k downloads, while Carrie's "Just a Dream" debuts at #167 with 8k downloads. Totals stand at 60k and 74k, respectively.
