LaKisha Jones appeared yesterday on Washington, D.C.'s FOX 5 morning show to promote her debut album So Glad I'm Me, due out Oct. 28. Tony Perkins interviewed Season 6's fourth-place finisher in the "My Voice DC" segment of the newscast before she performed her song "Same Song," which she said could be a single in the future. LaKisha attended the Idols Live tour on Sunday and said it was great. She also said her first single, title track "So Glad I'm Me," will be out on iTunes on Aug. 25. LaKisha will also be touring with Chaka Kahn beginning at the Riverwind Casino in Morman, Okla., on Fri., Aug. 22.
