Radio Disney has released its annual year-end Top 50 countdown for 2008, and there were a few appearances by Idol alums. David Archuleta's "Crush" was the biggest among the station's main demographic when it comes to the Idol brand, as the song landed at #4.
Jordin Sparks had a total of three songs on the countdown, with her duet of "No Air" with Chris Brown of leading the pack at #14. Her "One Step At a Time" and "Tattoo" finished at #19 and #33, respectively.
Carrie Underwood's "All-American Girl" was apparently the only song the kids' station thought was suited for the demographic by the country megastar, as it came in at #28. Daughtry also was represented on the chart, as "Feels Like Tonight" landed at #46.
And just as a David began the Idol representation on the countdown, a David ended it as well, with David Cook's "The Time of My Life" ending up at #48.
All Idol alums and their songs that made the chart can be found below:
David Archuleta - "Crush" (#4)
Jordin Sparks - "No Air" [ft. Chris Brown] (#14), "One Step At a Time (#19), "Tattoo" (#33)
