ESPN used David Cook's "Heroes" as the backing music for the an "Images of 2008" segment that aired on the network's College Game Day program earlier today. The montage begins six minutes into the video below:
Although the song does not have much of an appeal single-wise, it does seem to fit the mood in the montage. Props to ESPN for choosing his song for the purpose, especially with all the excitement surrounding the college bowls this time of year.
