'American Christmas' set for Nov. 25 release

After testing the waters last November with an independent soft release for Idol Christmas compilation American Christmas, Chenoa Records is pairing up with EMI for the re-release of the disc with an expanded tracklisting and assortment of Idol alums.

The album will be released in stores nationwide including Walmart and Borders and is currently available to pre-order on Amazon.com. Below is the official tracklisting:

The CD's launch party will take place on Fri., Nov. 14 at The Factory in West Hollywood, Calif., at 8 p.m. It will feature performances by Amy Davis, The Maynard Triplets and RJ Helton among others.

Six songs from the album can be listened to on American Christmas' official music MySpace page including Alexis Stone Lopez's "An Amercican Christmas" and Frenchie Davis' "Silent Night."
