Carrie has a big night at CMA Awards

Carrie Underwood had a night to remember at the 42nd annual Country Music Association Awards. In addition to serving as co-host with Brad Paisley, Carrie stole the show with her heartfelt performance of "Just a Dream" and took home the award for Female Artist of the Year for the third year in a row. She was also nominated for Album of the Year but lost out to George Strait. Watch her performance below:

Kellie Pickler also performed at the awards ceremony, belting out "Best Days of Your Life" for the audience at the Sommet Center in Nashville, Tenn. Watch the performance below:

In addition to Carrie and Kellie, Diana DeGarmo attended the show, though she did not have an active role. Unfortunately, Kristy Lee Cook could not attend because "15 Minutes of Shame" did not make the Top 20 at country radio in time.

sucks Kristy Lee did not get to attend the music awards. Terrible marketing by her label and 19. Hopefully they will get their heads out of their (??) and get her promoted. She is great, but has terrible management

I agree, Kristy would have loved to be there. It really is to bad she has no support. So many people don't even know she has a cd out, and the Video plays once a day at most. Please tell me I am wrong.
Swift is on all day long and drives me nuts, guess It's ok if your 16.
